Order carefully, returns cost both time and money.

• IMPORTANT - Determine if Flex letters or Rigid letters. Each has its own proprietary sign track and are not interchangeable. Click here for help
• If you are ordering replacement letters, measure your existing letters! The old carpenters axiom of “measure twice, cut once” also applies to ordering.
• Individual letter orders are custom orders, and not returnable.
• Have a sign but no letters? Click here for help
• Guessing at the size forfeits the right to return.
• Credit on returns will be minus a 15% restocking fee and the true shipping cost of getting that product to you. “Price Includes Shipping” only applies when the purchase is kept.
